These “Terms and Services” establish the rules for using the website istampic.com and the contractual relationships between its users/customers and the owner.

The company may, occasionally and whenever it deems convenient, amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions by publishing the revised and updated version on the website.

By accessing the website, the user agrees to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions. Using and browsing our site, registering as a user, filling out our forms, and/or providing data directly or indirectly imply knowledge and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, thereby implying express acceptance regarding the processing of personal data.

  1. An order is only considered final upon payment confirmation by the customer.
  2. Upon registration, you will receive information about new products, promotions, commercial actions, and more via email. The user can update/delete their registration information either by direct access to their customer area or by sending an email to support@istampic.com.
  3. iStampic respects and commits to the privacy and security of your personal data, which will be used exclusively for order processing and commercial actions.
  4. Our products are exempt from taxes.
  5. The value of orders includes free shipping via unregistered green mail. iStampic is not responsible for any delays or losses in this shipping method. iStampic does not offer returns or exchanges. If the customer wishes to receive the order via registered mail, they must request it in writing to support@istampic.com and pay an additional fee of 5 euros.
  6. In case of significant delivery delays (more than 15 days) due to stock shortages, the customer will be contacted to either accept the delay, request an exchange, or ask for a refund.
  7. The products sold precisely correspond to the products ordered by the customer, who can evaluate them through the available descriptions before purchasing. In case of a processing error, we will exchange the product for the one requested in the order.
  8. Similarities with brands, trademarks, or company icons, if any, are unintentional. These are original artistic creations.
  9. Shipment is made after payment confirmation. Except for extraordinary situations, shipments are made within 24 to 48 working hours after payment.
  10. Return shipping costs for reasons not attributable to iStampic are the customer’s responsibility, provided the products are in the same condition as received, without any alterations that devalue the product (especially in terms of packaging). The shipping cost included in the price of the items is non-refundable.
  11. Any complaint must be made within 48 hours after receiving the item, in writing, to our email, indicating the problem and including a photo. All refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days.
  12. Our products are VAT exempt (Article 53 of the VAT Code).
