Return and Refund Policy

At iStampic, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our customizable products, we have specific restrictions on returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.
2. Customizable Products
Clearly personalized products, such as those with names, images, or designs created by the customer, are not eligible for return. Please ensure all personalization details are correct before completing your purchase.
3. Return Conditions
For non-personalized products, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must not have been used.
- The product must be in the same condition as it was sent.
- The shipping costs to return the product are responsability of the costumer.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email provided on our website. After the return is approved, send the product to the address provided by our team. Please note that the return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund according to the following options:
- Store Credit: The customer can choose to receive 50% of their order value in credit to be used for future purchases in our store.
- Original Payment Method: The customer can choose to receive 50% of their order value in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Processing Time
Once the return is approved and the product received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. We will notify the customer by email when the refund has been issued.
