iStamPic Shipping Policy
At iStamPic, we offer two shipping options: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery. Below are the details for each:
1. Standard Delivery
- All orders are shipped with a tracking code.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Portugal: 1 business day
- Europe: 5 business days
- Rest of the World: 7 business days
- Please note that production time of up to 48 hours is added to the delivery times. While most orders are produced quicker, it may take up to 48 hours depending on the order volume.
2. Express Delivery
- Orders are also shipped with a tracking code.
- Priority: Express orders are prioritized in our production queue. If we have multiple orders in production, your order will be processed first.
- Express Delivery is slightly more expensive than Standard Delivery.
- Production time of up to 48 hours also applies.
Address Changes:
- You can change the delivery address after placing an order only if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Tracking Your Order:
- To track your order, visit the CTT carrier’s website and use the tracking code sent to your email immediately after the order is processed.
International Deliveries:
- iStamPic ships orders to all countries around the world.
Damages During Transit:
- If your order is damaged during transit, we will contact the carrier and arrange for a replacement order to be sent at no additional cost.
Delivery Issues:
- If you are not at home and the carrier exceeds the number of delivery attempts, iStamPic is not responsible. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to resolve the situation and schedule a more convenient delivery time. You can also use the tracking code to check the status of your delivery.
High Volume Periods:
- During high sales periods, such as holidays, there may be delays. If there are delays, the customer will be notified by email using the email registered on our site.
Specific Delivery Date:
- It is not possible to choose a specific delivery date.
Shipping Insurance:
- Our shipping insurance is available in the shopping cart on our website and can be added to your order during checkout.
Returns and Exchanges:
- If a product, such as your case, has issues after shipping, you must send us photos as proof of damage. Our review team will assess the case and make a decision quickly, informing you immediately.
Incorrect Address:
- If you enter an incorrect address during purchase, your order will be suspended for 45 days. After this period, the order will be canceled. During this time, you will receive emails informing you of the incorrect address and have the opportunity to make corrections.
Additional Information:
- If there are any changes or delays in production or shipping, we will notify you by email.

- If the order is not delivered due to the carrier marking the address as incorrect, iStamPic is not responsible.
- If your order does not arrive 15 days after the estimated delivery time, we will send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
